Singer-Songwriter & Musical Theatre Composer
Steve Clark is a songwriter and musical theatre composer. He has written songs for the experimental Tantalus Theatre Group, the social justice storytellers Scrap Mettle S.O.U.L., and jammed along with live true-storytelling events with Story Sessions & 2nd Story.
With long-time collaborators Ed Plough and Kalena Chevalier, he has written 5 musicals (featured below.) He has also adapted A Christmas Carol into a song-based show, as well as written a folk & farming musical called The Growing Season with fellow theatre-artist Tom Emmott.
Steve is based in Traverse City, MI, where he plays in a band and works at an organic food co-op.
